Constructed at an estimated cost of ₹325 crore, the residential complex includes landscaped gardens, a multipurpose hall with a capacity of 300 people, community hall, swimming pool, gymnasium, canteen (dining hall), indoor game facilities, medical facility, and a provision store. Each unit has two allocated parking spaces, one in the basement and one on the ground floor, to ensure sufficient parking for residents.

All internal roads of the campus are made of RCC, and in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Catch the Rain” initiative, rainwater harvesting systems have been installed for groundwater conservation. Additionally, 600 new trees have been planted on the premises to support environmental sustainability.

Keeping future housing requirements in mind, out of the 216 flats across 12 blocks, 180 units in 10 blocks have been furnished with both fixed and loose furniture, while the remaining 36 units in 2 blocks are equipped with fixed furniture.

The new residential complex has been designed to meet current standards and future needs. Each 3BHK unit with a carpet area of 170.32 sq. meters features an office with a waiting room, servant room, kitchen, dining room, living room with balcony, dressing room, and two toilets. All flats include interior furniture, and the complex is equipped with two elevators.

After inaugurating the complex, Amit Shah inspected the residences and expressed satisfaction with the modern amenities. DeshGujarat
