AMC WhatsApp Complaint Number Restored

Ahmedabad: The Smart City Ahmedabad Development Limited (SCADL) today announced that its WhatsApp complaint service has resumed.

Since October 30, the WhatsApp complaint number 75678 55303 was temporarily unavailable due to Meta discontinuing support for the WhatsApp Business On-Premise API and directing migration to the Cloud API. Following a successful migration to the Cloud API platform, the WhatsApp complaint service has now been fully restored. Citizens can once again use the WhatsApp number 75678 55303 to lodge complaints related to roads, water supply, drainage, solid waste, and streetlights.

All other complaint channels — including the telephone helpline 155303, Twitter (@AMC_Complaints), SMS (by sending “AMCCRS NEW” to 56767), email (ccrs@ahmedabadcity.gov.in), in-person visits, the official website (www.amccrs.com), and the CCRS Citizen Mobile App — continue to remain fully functional and are actively receiving and resolving citizen complaints.
