Gujarat Bhavan to come up in Navi Mumbai

Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat will be setting up Gujarat Bhavan at Vashi in Navi Mumbai. The project, with an estimated cost of Rs. 65.83 crore, will be executed over a period of 24 months. The Roads and Buildings Department, Valsad Division, has invited tenders for the construction of the complex, which will be adjacent to MP Bhavan.
As part of the project, two buildings will be constructed: one with Ground plus 6 floors and another with Ground plus 4 floors. Both buildings will include a basement.
As per the master plan attached to the tender documents, the Gujarat Bhavan complex will be developed across two sites. Site-1 will have a total built-up area of 6,976.64 sq. m, while Site-2 will feature a built-up area of 4,957.30 sq. m.
The main building of the Gujarat Bhavan complex will have 58 rooms, including 44 deluxe rooms, 12 suites, and 2 VVIP rooms. The second building will accommodate 40 deluxe rooms.
The proposed site of the project is on Bhagwan Mahavir Road in Sector 30, Vashi, and the proposed building will be surrounded by MP Bhavan, Meghalaya House, and Assam House. DeshGujarat
