Dharampur Chintan Shibir participants to travel by Vande Bharat and Tejas Express

Gandhinagar: The state government has issued mandatory travel instructions for around 240 participants of the upcoming Chintan Shibir, including ministers, senior office bearers and IAS officers. As per the directive, attendees must travel to and from the venue by train, with arrangements coordinated by the General Administration Department and SPIPA.

The 12th Chintan Shivir of the Gujarat government will be held from 27 to 29 November at Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram in Dharampur, Valsad. Participants from Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, North Gujarat and Saurashtra will board the Vande Bharat train from Kalupur station at 6:10 am on 27 November. The same train will also pick up officers from Vadodara. After reaching Valsad station, they will travel to the camp site by Volvo buses.

For the return journey on 29 November, participants will travel back to Ahmedabad via Vadodara on the Tejas Express, scheduled to depart at 6:20 pm.

Officers from Kutch, Valsad, Surat, Dang, Tapi, Navsari and Vapi have been instructed to reach the camp venue in groups using a single vehicle wherever possible.

The Chintan Shibir (Brainstorming meet) was originally planned for 13 to 15 November, but the dates were rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
