Ahmedabad International Book Festival Draws 3.45 Lakh Visitors So Far

Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad International Book Festival 2025, underway at the Sabarmati Riverfront Event Centre, has drawn an impressive response since its opening on November 13. Organised jointly by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC), the Union Ministry of Education and the National Book Trust (NBT), the festival has attracted more than 3.45 lakh visitors so far.
Over 53,000 students from more than 1,000 schools — including private institutions and those under the AMC board — have participated, engaging with books, workshops and a range of creative activities.
Spread across more than 1 lakh square feet, the festival features over 300 stalls, more than 100 publishers, three themed zones and several educational and cultural programmes catering to all age groups. The event will continue until November 23. DeshGujarat
