Gujarat Board clears 14 new schools in Surat, Vadodara and other districts

Ahmedabad: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has granted provisional approval to 14 new schools across multiple districts of the state, expanding educational infrastructure ahead of the upcoming academic session. This latest round of approvals is in addition to the 13 permissions issued in January.
According to official lists, the newly approved institutions are located in districts including Panchmahals, Navsari, Mehsana, Kutch, Banaskantha, Rajkot, Bharuch, Vadodara, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad Rural, Kheda, Anand, and Surat.
Trusts such as Sarvoday Charitable Trust, Shree Maroli Kantha Vibhag Charitable Trust, Shri Nandasanj Juth Kelavni Mandal, Shri Riddha Educational & Charitable Trust, Royal Education Trust, and Child Care Foundation Trust, among others, have received permission to operate new schools at designated locations.
Of the 14 approved institutions, 11 will offer English-medium instruction. The board has also rejected proposals for 12 other new schools under the same resolution. DeshGujarat
