US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor meets Gujarat CM

Gandhinagar: The U.S. Ambassador to India and Special Envoy to South and Central Asia, Sergio Gor met with Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on Sunday morning.
Sergio Gor in his X post along with two photographs stated: ‘Thank you to @CMOGuj Bhupendra Patel for a productive discussion today and a very warm welcome. We explored new opportunities to deepen U.S.–Gujarat cooperation in trade, technology, and manufacturing. Incredible potential for Gujarat to work closely with the U.S. ahead!’
Sergio Gor was in Gujarat on Saturday to attend the opening of American firm Micron’s semiconductor plant at Sanand in presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel.
He congratulated Micron in X post and stated: ‘Congratulations to @MicronTech on their success and expansion both in the U.S. and India! Our supply chain is safer when we partner with reliable and trusted partners like India. Pleased to have joined PM @narendramodi and Sanjay Mehrotra @MicronCEO today in Gujarat!’ DeshGujarat
