Vadodara: Food lovers in Vadodara can now experience multi-cuisine dining inside a setting inspired by Japan’s famous bullet trains. A unique restaurant named “The Bullet” was inaugurated today at Seven Seas Mall in the Fatehganj area of the city, offering visitors the feel of travelling in a high-speed train while enjoying their meal.

The restaurant’s exterior has been designed to resemble the front portion of Japan’s Shinkansen bullet train, making it instantly eye-catching for visitors at the mall.

Inside, the seating arrangement has been planned to recreate the ambience of a train coach. Each table is accompanied by four chairs and positioned next to window-like panels. Instead of real windows, LED television screens have been installed, displaying specially recorded footage of the Ahmedabad–Mumbai railway route. The moving visuals create the impression that diners are travelling at a virtual speed of about 400 km per hour, similar to a bullet train journey.

According to the developers, the video footage used for the display was captured over one and a half months by a dedicated team, ensuring a realistic travel experience for guests.

“The Bullet” is a pure vegetarian restaurant and has been launched by Vijay Agrawal. The concept was inspired by his personal experience of travelling in a bullet train during a visit abroad in 2016.

With its train-inspired interiors and immersive visuals, the restaurant aims to offer customers not just a meal but a unique themed dining experience in Vadodara. DeshGujarat
