Ahmedabad: Western Railway has announced additional special train services, including a weekly reserved train between Asarva and Kanpur Central and an unreserved special train between Udhna and Jaynagar, to cater to increased passenger demand.

Asarva–Kanpur Central Weekly Special

Train No. 01906 Asarva–Kanpur Central Special will run every Tuesday from April 7 to July 14, 2026. The train will depart from Asarva at 08:55 hrs and reach Kanpur Central at 07:00 hrs the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 01905 Kanpur Central–Asarva Special will operate every Monday from April 6 to July 13, 2026. It will depart from Kanpur Central at 08:15 hrs and arrive at Asarva at 05:45 hrs the next day.

Halts: Himmatnagar, Shamlaji Road, Dungarpur, Semari, Zawar, Udaipur City, Rana Pratap Nagar, Mavli, Chanderia, Mandalgarh, Bundi, Keshorai Patan, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City, Bayana, Rupbas, Fatehpur Sikri, Idgah Agra, Tundla, Firozabad and Etawah stations in both directions.

Coach Composition: AC 2-tier, AC 3-tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.

Booking: Booking for Train No. 01906 will open from April 5, 2026, at all PRS counters and through the IRCTC website.

Udhna–Jaynagar Unreserved Special

Western Railway will also run an unreserved special train between Udhna and Jaynagar on special fare.

Train No. 09061 Udhna–Jaynagar Unreserved Special will run on Sundays, April 5 and April 12, 2026, departing Udhna at 01:30 hrs and reaching Jaynagar at 14:30 hrs the next day.

Train No. 09062 Jaynagar–Udhna Unreserved Special will run on Mondays, April 6 and April 13, 2026, departing Jaynagar at 17:30 hrs and arriving at Udhna at 06:15 hrs the next day.

Halts: Chalthan, Bardoli, Nandurbar, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, Dildar Nagar, Buxar, Raghunathpur, Ara, Patna, Bakhtiyarpur, Mokama, Barauni, Samastipur, Darbhanga and Madhubani stations in both directions.

Coach Composition: The train will comprise General Second Class coaches only.
