Star Air to Launch Direct Surat – Mundra Flight Service from April 26

Surat: Travel to the Kutch region is set to become faster and more convenient, with Star Air announcing a new direct flight service between Surat and Mundra. Bookings for the service have already begun. The new service will commence on April 26 and will operate five days a week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
According to the schedule, flights departing from Surat will take approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes to reach Mundra.
Flight Schedule (Surat to Mundra):
- Sunday, Monday, Friday: Departure at 3:25 PM, arrival at 4:35 PM
- Tuesday, Wednesday: Departure at 12:15 PM, arrival at 1:15 PM
All flights on this route will be non-stop and operated under flight number S5 625.
Return Schedule (Mundra to Surat):
Flights from Mundra will operate at a uniform time on all operating days:
- Departure at 10:45 AM, arrival at 11:55 AM

The introductory fare for the service starts at ₹3,599 per passenger. Mundra, a key industrial and port hub in Kutch, witnesses significant commercial activity. Until now, travellers largely depended on long road journeys or connecting flights to reach the region.
The new direct service is expected to benefit business travellers, with faster access to industrial hubs such as Mundra and Gandhidham. Tourists will also benefit from easier connectivity to Kutch’s emerging tourist destinations. DeshGujarat
