New Delhi: The Ministry of Railways has approved the operation of a new train service from Bhuj to Delhi via Pali Marwar, Rajya Sabha MP from Rajasthan, Madan Rathore, announced on Thursday.
In a letter informing the MP about the approval, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw stated that, with reference to his earlier visit to Pali, during which the announcement was made to connect Pali with Delhi, approval has now been granted for the operation of the new train service from Bhuj to Delhi via Pali Marwar.
The announcement marks a significant step toward enhancing rail connectivity between Bhuj, Rajasthan, and Delhi. However, further details regarding the schedule and timetable are yet to be announced.
The newly approved train service is expected to boost regional development, facilitate smoother passenger travel, and strengthen trade links. The move will particularly benefit residents of Pali and surrounding areas by providing direct access to Delhi as well as Gujarat, without the need for multiple transfers. DeshGujarat
