BJP Appoints Gujarat Leaders Pankaj Shukla, Manan Dani as Social Media In-Charges for UP, Uttarakhand

New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has appointed three leaders from Gujarat to key social media positions as part of its preparations for the upcoming Assembly elections in five states.

According to an appointment list issued by the party on October 29, Pankaj Shukla has been appointed social media in-charge for Uttar Pradesh, while Kavan Mehta has been named a social media team member for the state. Manan Dani has been appointed social media in-charge for Uttarakhand.

The appointments form part of the BJP’s organisational preparations for the upcoming Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa and Manipur. The party has announced social media in-charges and team members for all five states.

The list, issued by Deepak Maheshke, the BJP’s national social media coordinator, states that the appointments will take effect immediately.

Under the appointments, the party has also assigned leaders from other states to social media responsibilities. The announcement outlines the BJP’s efforts to organise its social media teams ahead of the elections.
