Dadhod: Sports minister Rajendra Trivedi today opened a new sports hostel at Devgadh Baria in tribal populated district Dahod in central Gujarat. Maharaja Jaydipsinhji sports complex here is famous for coaching of swimming, archery, athletics, judo, hockey and kushti games. Around 400-500 youths come here for training as well as participation in games hosted here. The new sports hostel has come up at a cost of Rs 6.10 crore. The sports hostel has gymnasium in basement, dining hall for 80 sports persons, shoot room, bed rooms, library, kitchen room and other facilities provided by Sports Authority of Gujarat.
