Gujarat HC asks State govt to act against high charges of Covid19 treatment in pvt hospitals

Ahmedabad: Gujarat High Court has ordered the state govt to direct private hospitals (permitted to treat Covid19 patients) not to charge exorbitant amount from Covid19 patients and if the hospitals refuse to obey such directives, the court will have to
take action with consequences including quite bitter ones such as cancellation of licence.
