Gandhinagar: Then Chief Minister Narendra Modi’s initiative to distribute digital cameras to forest staffers working in Gir Forest, continues to bring results. The latest photograph shows a fight for survival for a jackal which it wins against a python that had gripped it. The photograph is captured by Forest Guard Vanraj Vala. Though looking merely at a photograph, it doesn’t feel that Jackal would survive, the Indian Forest Service officer Dr. Anshumal Vala adding a remark to the picture he shared said, ‘Fight between the Right to Food (to live) versus the Right to Live.
