AMC orders vigilance inquiry into orders passed by fake arbitrator

Ahmedabad: During a legal committee meeting at the Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) on Monday, discussions centered on the awards issued by the allegedly self-appointed arbitrator-judge, Morris Christian, concerning AMC land parcels.
Labeling the situation as serious, the legal committee mandated a vigilance inquiry to determine the accountability of the officials involved and requested a report on the findings. It was revealed that AMC officials had been unaware of these orders for five years. DeshGujarat
