Mahesana: A 40-year old Chetan Patel has lost his vision after sanitizer got into his eyes. According to Retina and Ocular trauma surgeon Dr. Parth Rana, Chetan Patel works in a sanitizer making company. Due to leakage in barrel, sanitizer liquid entered into his eyes, nose and mouth. Patel cleaned his face but sanitizer that had 70 percent ethanol damaged a link connecting brain and eyes and therefore he lost vision.
