Huge rush of pilgrims, tourists at places across Gujarat

Chotila: Camunda Mata Mandir on Chotila hill witnessed a huge rush of visitors today. Other places of polgrims interest across the state such as Dwarka, Somnath, Ambaji, Dakor, Pavagadh also witnessed an extra ordinary rush of the visitors today.
The administration had to close the gates of the Chotila hill considering the rush. Many people were directly climbing the hill without using the steps due to the huge rush on the stairs.
A similar situation had occurred at Pavagadh hill. The ISKCON mandirs in the cities across the state also witnessed crowds of visitors. The rush was also there at Bhalka tirth near Somnath, Dwarkadhish Mandir and Ambaji Mandir due to many devotees visiting these places. Many highways across the state witnessed the traffic-jam.
Even non-pilgrim places of tourist interest such as Diu, Saputara etc. witnessed extra ordinary footfalls due to the extended weekend holidays and normalized situation of Covid19 pandemic. DeshGujarat
