PM Modi to e-dedicate Sardardham complex on September 11

Gandhinagar: Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi will perform e-ground breaking of women’s hostel and do e-inauguration of newly constructed complex of Sardar Dham on September 11.
The complex has been built at a cost of Rs. 200 crore over 11,670 square meter plot in which the size of construction is about 7 lakh square ft. The complex has a 450-seat auditorium and two halls, each having 1,000 persons capacity. Two basement parking lot have capacity to contain over 450 cars. A 50-room three-star stay facility, a 50 ft high statue of Sardar Patel built at a cost of Rs. 3.50 crore, library, e-library, hostels for 800 boys and 800 girls, gym, health care unit, indoor games, two dining halls, hygienic kitchen are some of the highlights of Sardar Dham complex.
Sardar Dham is located near Vaishnodevi circle on Sardar Patel ring road. Regional Sardar Dhams are being constructed at Vadodara and Bhavnagar. More regional cenres at Surat, Rajkot, Mahesana and New Mumbai are under pipeline.
Sardardham had organized Global Patidar Business Summits once every two years during 2018 to 2020. The next such summit will be held in Surat, Rajkot and America. UPSC civil service training centres are also functioning under Sardardham. DeshGujarat
