Local AAP chief held in liquor case

Chhota Udepur: Chhota Udepur Police has held Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) president of Jambughoda along with 3 others after finding them with liquor bottles from Uchapan area of Bodeli taluka.
Chhota Udepur LCB police were passing from Nana Katva village of Uchapan area of Bodeli taluka for patrolling. The police found four persons taking out liquor bottles from below the seat of a motorcycle in a nearby cottonseed farm. The police found that the two out of the four persons were Hardik Vakhatbhai Bariya (residing in Jambughoda, Panchmahal) and Sundar Keshabhai Rathava (residing at Bamroli, Bodeli taluka, Chhota Udepur). The police found after further inquiry of accused Hardik Bariya that the liquor was ordered by a female bootlegger of Uchapan. Total 83 bottles of foreign liquor including 45 bottles of London Prime Premium Whisky of 180 ml and 38 bottles of Goa Spirit of Smoothness Whisky, 3 mobiles phones, one pulsar motorcycle and another motorcycle of hero company were found and seized by the police which are of total worth of Rs 99,190.
The two accused Hardik Bariya and Sundar Rathava are held by the police and another two accused who ran away, and the female bootlegger are declared as fugitive accused and their investigation is started by the police. DeshGujarat
