Grasim Industries acquires 220 acres land in Bharuch to set up manufacturing unit

Bharuch: Grasim Industries of Aditya Birla Group has obtained the leasehold rights for a land of around 220 acres in Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation’s Vilayat Industrial Estate, Bharuch.
Century Textiles and Industries sold these rights to Grasim Industries for a total amount of Rs. 254.70 crore, which includes Rs. 38.85 crores in GST. Grasim Industries intends to use this land for manufacturing facilities in the future. The transaction was completed on 24th March 2023 and is not considered a related party transaction. DeshGujarat
