PM Narendrabhai Modi visits Anuj, the son of Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel who is recovering from ailment

Gandhinagar: Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi today paid visit to ailing son of Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel here.

The Chief Minister in a tweet posted a photograph of the same and said: ‘Today, the country’s popular prime minister honorable Shri Narendrabhai Modi saheb inquired about the health of my son Anuj. In addition to that he provided warmth and strength to all members of the family and boosted morale of Anuj. At this moment, I am heartily thankful to the honorable Prime Minister.’

Anuj was on 30th April this year taken to hospital after a brain stroke. He was first taken to Ahmedabad based hospital but later airlifted to Mumbai for surgery, followed by post-operative procedures and physiotherapy. After prolonged treatment in Mumbai, Anuj was brought back to Gujarat in the first week of September.

Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi is on two days visit to home-state Gujarat. He visited Ambaji mandir and later addressed a public meeting near Kheralu after launching various development projects. The Prime Minister later arrived at Raj Bhavan in state capital Gandhinagar where he chaired a meeting of Shri Somnath Trust. After a night halt at Raj Bhavan, the Prime Minister will tomorrow visit Ekta Nagar Kevadiya to mark Rashtriya Ekta Divas and also to launch more development projects there. DeshGujarat
