AMC approves ₹78.61 Crore contract for Panjrapol flyover

Ahmedabad: The Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has granted approval for the construction of a flyover at Panjrapol junction in the Ambawadi area. It is learned that the long-awaited work order will soon be issued to the selected company assigned to the project.
The standing committee gave the green light to the proposal for constructing the flyover at a cost of Rs 78.61 crore on Thursday, which is 29% higher than the estimated cost of Rs 62 crore. The project will be funded using a state government grant of Rs 185 crore allocated for this endeavor and another flyover at Panchvati junction. The government has permitted AMC to utilize Rs 86 crore specifically for the Panjrapol junction flyover. DeshaGujarat
