AirAsia launches Ahmedabad – Kuala Lumpur direct flight; to operate 4 days a week

Ahmedabad: AirAsia launched its inaugural direct flight from Ahmedabad to Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, further enhancing its India-Malaysia air connectivity.
The AirAsia flight AK90, operating four times weekly, takes off from Sardar Vallabhai Patel International (SVPI) Airport at 11:15 PM and arrives at Kuala Lumpur Terminal 2 at 7:15 AM. The duration of the flight is 5 hours and 30 minutes.
The airline will operate the flight from SVPI Airport to Kuala Lumpur on Fridays, Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays.
Guests onboard the inaugural flight (AK90) with a 100% load factor received a warm welcome from Deputy Director of the South Asia Unit of Tourism Malaysia, Mr. Solehuddin Ahmad, representing the Director-General of Tourism Malaysia, as well as AirAsia Allstars. DeshGujarat
