Ahmedabad: Using fraudulent accounting practices, the chief accountant of R S Zaveri, a gold and silver trading firm, allegedly misappropriated ₹12.54 crore before fleeing with his family, as per a complaint lodged at Maninagar Police Station. The accused, Ravi Rami, is said to have diverted company funds through forged invoices, fake salary accounts, and manipulated stock records.
