June 26, 2025
Ahmedabad: The Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Limited (SRFDCL) has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the conceptualization, installation, implementation, operation, maintenance, and management of recreation and amusement activities at the Subhash Bridge Riverfront Park, part of the SRFD project area.
This initiative aims to enhance public spaces along the Sabarmati Riverfront by introducing innovative and inclusive amusement activities catering to all age groups. Proposed programs may include fitness sessions (such as aerobics or Zumba), art and craft workshops, cultural performances, interactive games, and nature-based or family-centric activities.
SRFDCL envisions the project as a “pay and play” model amusement park, built to modern safety standards and designed to be economically viable while delivering tourism and community benefits. The goal is to create a vibrant and sustainable recreational hub that contributes to both public well-being and local economic growth.
Eligible participants include agencies, companies, NGOs, or organizations with proven experience in managing public events or recreational spaces. Selection will be based on the creativity, feasibility, financial viability, and prior experience of the applicants. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to present their proposals before a final decision is made.
The contract will be awarded for a period of two years, extendable by another two years on mutually agreed terms. SRFDCL’s decision in all matters will be final.
The last date for submission of EOI is July 11, 2025. DeshGujarat
