Number of Gujarat passing/bound/originating trains to be affected due to three separate blocks

Ahmedabad: Several Gujarat passing, Gujarat originating and Gujarat bound train services under Western Railway are to be affected due to three separate blocks outside Gujarat. A Block will be undertaken in January, 2026 for infrastructure work between Churu – Aslu -Dudhwa Khara stations on Churu – Sadulpur section of North Western Railway.
According to a press release issued by Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, Shri Vineet Abhishek, the details of the trains which will be affected due to the block are as under:
Diversion of Trains:
1. Train No. 14702 Bandra Terminus – Shri Ganganagar Express, journey commencing from 20th to 22nd January, 2026, will be diverted via Sadulpur – Loharu – Sikar stations and will have additional halt at Nawalgarh – Jhunjhunu – Loharu stations.
2. Train No. 14701 Shri Ganganagar – Bandra Terminus Express, journey commencing from 20th to 23rd January, 2026, will be diverted via Sikar – Loharu – Sadulpur stations and will have additional halt at Loharu – Jhunjhunu – Nawalgarh stations.
3. Train no. 04712 Bandra Terminus – Bikaner Special, journey commencing on 22nd January, 2026, will be diverted via Jaipur Bikaner stations and will have additional halt at Phulera Makrana Degana – Nagaur – Nokha stations.
4. Train no. 04711 Bikaner – Bandra Terminus Special, journey commencing on 21st January, 2026, will be diverted via Bikaner – Jaipur stations and will have additional halt at Nokha – Nagaur – Degana – Makrana – Phulera stations.
5. Train no. 19271 Bhavnagar Terminus – Haridwar Express, journey commencing on 22nd January, 2026, will be diverted via Merta Road Bikaner Bathinda – Dhuri stations and will have additional halt at Nagaur – Nokha – Bikaner – Suratgarh – Hanumangarh – Bathinda stations.
6. Train No. 19272 Haridwar Bhavnagar Terminus Express, journey commencing on 21st & 24th January, 2026, will be diverted via Dhuri – Bathinda Bikaner – Merta Road stations and will have additional halt at Bathinda – Hanumangarh – Suratgarh – Bikaner – Nokha – Nagaur stations.
Rescheduling/Regulation of Trains:
1. Train No. 19027 Bandra Terminus Jammu Tavi Express, journey commencing from 03rd to 17th January, 2026, (3 Trips) will be regulated enroute at Churu by 30 minutes.
2. Train No. 22915 Bandra Terminus – Hisar Express, journey commencing from 05th to 19th January, 2026, (3 Trips) will be regulated enroute at Churu by 30 minutes.
More Trains to be Affected
In view of the ongoing work for commissioning of patch doubling work at Mau – Pipri Dih – Dullahapur stations & Mau – Khurahat stations in North Eastern Railway, a block will be undertaken from 06th to 18th December, 2025. Due to this, Train No. 19091/19092 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Express will be affected.
According to a press release issued by Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, Shri Vineet Abhishek, the details of the train affected are as under:
Train No. 19091 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Express, journey commencing on 15th December, 2025 will short terminate at Varanasi station instead of Gorakhpur. Hence, this train will be partially cancelled between Varanasi and Gorakhpur stations.
Similarly, Train No. 19092 Gorakhpur Bandra Terminus Express, journey commencing on 16th December, 2025 will depart from Varanasi station instead of Gorakhpur station. Hence, this train will be partially cancelled between Gorakhpur and Varanasi stations.
Further More Trains
Due to block for engineering work in Ajmer-Madar section, some trains will run on diverted routes
Block is being taken on 11th and 12th December, 2025 for Road Under Bridge (RUB) construction work at Level Crossing No. 44 in Ajmer-Madar section of North Western Railway. Due to this block, some trains of Ahmedabad Division will run on a different route. It will not stop at Ajmer station during this time. The details of these trains are as follows:
11 December 2025 train number 14702 Bandra Terminus-Sriganganagar Aravali Express will run through Daurai-Madar bypass line instead of scheduled route Daurai-Ajmer-Madar.
Train No. 19269 Porbandar-Muzaffarpur Express on 11th December, 2025 will run through Daurai-Madar bypass line instead of scheduled route Daurai-Ajmer-Madar.
Train No. 19411 Gandhinagar Capital-Daulatpur Chowk Express on December 12, 2025 will run through Daurai-Madar bypass line instead of scheduled route Daurai-Ajmer-Madar.
During this time the above mentioned trains will not go to Ajmer station. For the convenience of passengers, additional halts have been provided for these trains at Daurai and Madar Junction stations.
