Sabarmati Railway Station to implement new entry-exit arrangements from Jan 20

Ahmedabad: With redevelopment work progressing rapidly at Sabarmati Railway Station, Western Railway has announced temporary changes to passenger entry and exit arrangements on the Dharmnagar side to ensure smooth movement and improved traffic management.
The revised system will remain in effect from January 20, 2026, to April 15, 2026.
Revised Passenger Movement Plan
Entry:
Vehicles will enter from near the MMTS Building, adjacent to the Bullet Train Station (Green Line). Passengers can access the railway platforms through the second floor of the newly constructed building.
Exit:
Passengers will exit via the foot overbridge on the Mahesana side (Purple Line). A dedicated pick-up zone has been created at this location for added convenience.
Parking:
Parking facilities have been arranged at two designated locations near the exit gate.
