Bharat Pandya becomes Gujarat BJP General Secretary

It must be a great day for BJP leader Shri Bharat Pandya. He has been made Gujarat BJP’s General Secretary today.
Former MLA, Shri Bharat Pandya was RSS swayam sevak in childhood. He served as Secretary of Gujarat BJP headquarters for 9 years between 1988 and 1998.
In 1998 he defeated then Chief Minister Dilip Parikh and became MLA from Dhandhuka seat of Ahmedabad district. He served his constituency Dhandhuka for ten years.
Pandya has been spokesperson and media committee chairman of Gujarat BJP. He is known as BJP’s media friendly face.
Pandya has served as Ahmedabad district president of BJP. He has also served the party as district incharge, state secretary and incharge of sangathan parva 2009 and 2012.
Pandya was coordinator of Shri Narendra Modi’s Sadbhavana mission programme. He was joint-incharge of Chief Minister’s Vivekananda Yuva Vikas Yatra.
In 2009 Lok Sabha elections, he worked with management committee incharge Shri Kaushik Patel. He coordinated party’s campaign in year 2012 Gujarat assembly general elections.
