Gujarat CM dedicates digital file storage system at Junagadh Collectorate

Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel today inaugurated record room digitization and management facility at Junagadh district collector office. The facility has been given punch line of “store safely and retrieve easily”. It has record room where record is stored .Record is stored physically in compactors and digitally in computers.
Chief Minister watched presentation of computerized system that stores over 32,000 computerized files and 6 rooms that contain files physically.
District collector Alok Kumar said that in case of fire or other type of accidents if files are destroyed, they can be still retrieved from server. Any file is accessible forma any branch or even Gandhinagar.
