Relief for Gujarat as deep depression weakens, moves to Rajasthan

According to Ahmedabad office of Indian Meteorological Department(IMD) deep depression over Gujarat has weakened as expected and turned into depression and moved to west Rajasthan. It will further weaken and convert into well mark low pressure and low pressure. As predicted intensity of rain has decreased and it will further decrease tomorrow. Parts of north Gujarat may continue to receive showers but not heavy showers that was experienced in last few days. It should be mentioned here that Ahmedabad and most parts of north Gujarat didn’t receive rain since morning today. This made rescue and relief operation possible. Similar was the case in Amreli too in June. After devastating flood, there was sunny period for almost a month which made rescue, relief and reconstruction tasks possible.
