Gujarat High Court raps Hardik Patel, no programme till next hearing

Gujarat High Court today asked Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti(PAAS) leader Hardik Patel that he should not hold any public gathering or rally until next hearing which is scheduled on 29 September. Hardik should not hold any press conference, agitation programme or public meeting till 29 September as per today’s directive. Hardik Patel assured Gujarat High Court that he will not give any programme regarding Patidar reservation till next hearing which is on September 29. Gujarat High Court directed Hardik and his lawyer to remain present before the court on next hearing which is on 29th September. The High Court asked Hardik to prove charges he had made against cops. The High Court refused to grant relief to Hardik Patel against police action and said “let law takes its own course.” The High Court asked Hardik and his lawyer that “court was taken for a ride.” Hardik recorded statement in High Court. The court raised question over his disappearance. Hardik stated that he was taken to remote location by police. More details are awaited.
