Gandhinagar: Gujarat BJP chief CR Patil today dedicated 31 recharge borewells across the state made by Vallabh Youth Organization (VYO). The recharge borewells started operating in 31 villages of Gandhinagar, Rajkot and Jamnagar with this. The total target is to make 75 such borewells across Gujarat.
