Amreli: A male lion cub aged 2-3 month old was found dead from farm close to East Gir forests in Igorala village of Khambha taluka in Armeli district of Gujarat today. Lion rescued from well in Gujarat

Amreli A lion which had fallen in an open well near Zarakhada village under Savarkundala taluka of Amreli district has finally been rescued safely this afternoon after over five hours long operation by a team of forest department. Junagadh, 21 September 2012 This is the story of Junagadh district's Barula village. A 10-ft long wild crocodile entered into the village. The villagers tried to control it with local expertise, but it didn't work. Then they called the Forest department. During the task, one youth was injured in leg.
