Ahmedabad, 22 September, 2010

Those present in CBI special court in Ahmedabad were stilled today when former minister of state for Home Shri Amit Shah’s lawyer Ram Jethmalanai told CBI lawyer KTS Tulsi to shut up and sit down.
On Wednesday, when Jethmalani told the court that encountered criminal Sohrabuddin was Pakistani ISI agent and a member of infamous Dawood gang, the lawyer hired by central govt probe agency Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) Shri KTS Tusli stood up and said, “then you also accept that he was murdered therefore.”
Reacting to this immediately, angry Jethmalani asked Tulsi, “shut up and please sit down”. Tulsi didn’t further react and the issue ended in a moment.
The court room was packed with overwhelming presence of advocates who didn’t want to miss how country’s topmost criminal lawyer makes his point in high-voltage Amit Shah bail case. Jethmalani who is in his late 80s is also recently elected Rajya Sabha MP of BJP. He argued in favor of Amit Shah’s bail for as long as three hours continuously.
The court will held further hearing in this matter on 29 September.
