Gujarat Congress compares gangster’s wife with mata Sita

Given above is part of press release issued by Gujarat leader of opposition Shaktisinh Gohil. In this part of his press release issued on 30th of July 2010, Gohil draws similarity between encountered gangster and terrorist Sohrabuddin Sheikh’s wife Kausarbi with the wife of Pandavas Draupadi, and mata Sita. Similarly the opposition leader of Gujarat compares Narendra Modi with Kauravas and Ravan. Gohil expresses his hope that like Ravana regime finished after atrocity on Sita, and Kaurava’s regime ended after atrocity on Draupadi, the Narendra Modi regime will come to an end after atrocity on Kausarbi!

So Congress is dreaming to end Modi’s regime in Gujarat on the bases of such logic, and such comparison now. We can say, this is Shaktisinh Bapu’s Kausarbi optimism, or let say, Congress is now looking for Kausar route to come to power.

It is good that being a Congress man, the opposition leader at least recognizes that Sita actually existed. Otherwise his party’s government in centre once had said that Ram was just a fictitious character! Congress party’s major ally in centre is DMK whose leader believes Ram didn’t exist in this world!

The other thing is that, if Kausarbi has been compared with Sita, then Sohrabuddin becomes Ram for the Congressmen. So next time you don’t wonder if the Congress people build Sohrabuddin’s mandirs.

Whether there is any truth in tales of atrocity on Kausarbi, or her killing, is yet to be proved in court. And connecting Modi to Kausarbi episode has no base.

Kausarbi by the way was wife of Sohrabuddin, the gangster wanted in five states, previously booked in dozens of crimes, who once possessed higher amount of arms and ammunition at his place than whole 2008 Mumbai attack culprits possessed, who was connected with Dawood Ibrahim and Abdul Latif.
