Some details of shooting of film Piku on the highway near Malvan village of Surendranagar district near little rann of Kutch involving Amitabh Bachchan-Deepika Padukone-Irfan Khan are out:

-Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone reached venue of shooting of upcoming film ‘Piku’ on Friday morning.

-Actor Irfan too was present here for the shooting.

-Puransinh ka dhaba set was created near Malvan toll tax booth.

-A car carrying camera atop suffered problem. It couldn’t be repaired even after replacing its battery. This pushed cancellation of shooting.

-Knives were ordered for shooting of fight scene.

-Police bandobast and private bouncers were arranged to control people who had gathered here to watch shooting.

-Deepika Padukone continued to sit in her car for long time.
