6 Patidars held for Botad bus burning case

6 youths from Patidar community are held by police for burning of State Transport(ST) bus at Turkha village near Botad on 21 February. The bus was going to Botad from Pipardi. Jignesh Jayanti Patel has been identified as mastermind of this incident. Suresh Prabhubhai Patel, Kamesh Ghanshyambhai Patel, Vipul Ranchhodbhai Patel, Naresh Vallabhbhai Patel, Hitesh Ghanshyambhai Patel and Kalpesh Mavjibhai patel were his team members who stopped the bus, threatened driver, conductor and passengers to leave the bus and be ready to get burnt. The bus was later torched by using petrol.
Following driver’s complaint Botad Local Crime Branch on the basis of identification by driver held 6 youths from Patidar community.
