Ahmedabad: Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) Spokesperson today said the probe agency has filed charge sheet in Mumbai court under Indian Penal Code(IPC) section 120(B) pertaining to criminal conspiracy, FCRA 2010 and FCRA 1976 against controversial foreign funded NGO operator Teesta Setalvad, her husband Javed Anand and their company Sabrang Communications & Publishing Private Limited in a case pertaining to violation of Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) rules which was filed in July 2015.
