Congress & Tharoor embarrass themselves, yet again!

Ahmedabad: Political unemployment in India is rising as the Congress party keeps getting irrelevant in state after state. To stay relevant, Congress has invented a full time job. This job entails doing nothing, but repeating just one line: ‘We did this before Modi’, ‘Modi is taking credit for our work’.

There was an interesting cartoon on this somedays back. Well, with the Congress Party, we never know when reality may mimic satire!

Troll

When a troll from Congress came up with this tweet, not many expected that it would be taken seriously.

But in this era of post-truth, our so called enlightened leaders from the Congress have taken up the mantle of spread half-truths and fake news upon themselves.

And so came Shashi Tharoor, with this tweet:

This was shocking and shameless at the same time. While we expect that politicians may not have great memory about their adversaries initiatives, popping up at the drop of a hat to claim credit for everything he says or does is plain envy, frustration and joblessness.

PM Narendra Modi has a rich track record of ground level interventions & bringing about real change, unlike mere pontificating at think tanks and conferences.

Gifting a book instead of a bouquet, is something PM Modi has been saying for over a decade.

So, its time Tharoor realises that there are original thinkers in India, unlike people who become famous for their vocabulary by copying Forsyth.
