Full Reservoir Level 138.68 m achieved for the first time ever in Sardar Sarovar Narmada dam, the lifeline of Gujarat

Gandhinagar: Gujarat’s lifeline Sardar Sarovar Narmada dam has witnessed top possible water level of 138.68 meter for the first time ever in its history. Managing Director of Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd, an arm of Gujarat government today evening shared this news and it as historical moment.
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is coming to Gujarat to mark the highest water level in Sardar Sarovar Narmada dam on 17th September which is also his birthday. The Government of Gujarat has planned statewide Namami Narmade Mahotsav, main function of which shall take place in presence of PM Modi, CM Rupani and Dy CM Nitin Patel at Narmada dam.
