Don’t go for repeat test, don’t move out during home isolation: AMC advisory note for Covid patients

Sabarmati: Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has today asked citizens not to go for repeat test after detected as Covid positive in earlier test. AMC has asked citizens not to move out for rapid antigen, RTPCR or HRTC scan during home isolation. AMC has in an advisory note stated that moving out during home isolation may infect others and therefore one must not break rule and step out of home during home isolation. Covid patients found in violation will be put in mandatory institutional quarantine and they will even face actions under Epidemic Act.
