Offense registered in Umreth for insult of national tricolor

Umreth: Local police station here has booked Nilofarbanu Farukhussain Malek and others for insult of national tricolor under insult to National Tricolor Act 1971 section 2.
Nilofarbanu, resident of Kadiawad in Umreth had hoisted national tricolor atop her house but had replaced Ashok Chakra with religious symbol of the star and crescent.
Head constable Shaktisinh Anopsinh and Hardikbhai Himmatsinh during patrolling in town received information about this crime and did procedure against Nilofarbanu Malek.
