BJP candidate Nimishaben Suthar wins Morva Hadaf (ST) by-poll in Gujarat

Vadodara: Ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate and former MLA from same seat Nimishaben Suthar has won Morva Hadaf assembly seat that went to by-poll by huge margin of 45,432 votes, defeating her nearest rival Congress candidate Suresh Katara.
Morva Hadaf witnessed by-poll of assembly as outgoing independent MLA Bhupendra Khant was disqualified as his certificate of being a tribal (Schedule Tribe or ST) was invalidated. Morva Hadaf is reserved seat for only ST candidates.
Nimishaben Suthar who has comfortably won the seat, had been elected to assembly from Morva Hadaf in the past in by-election. DeshGujarat
