IBM to set up its Software lab in Ahmedabad

Gandhinagar: Leading IT company IBM will set up a software lab in Ahmedabad which will function as product engineering, design and development centre.
This announcement was made today by Gujarat government after a meeting between Chief Minister Vijay Rupani and Managing Director of IBM Sandip Patel. IBM Software lab’s Vice President Gaurav Sharma was also present in this meeting.
International Business Machines (IBM) Corporation is an American multinational technology corporation headquartered in Armonk, New York, with operations in over 171 countries.
According to a note released by the State government, Sandip Patel from IBM informed that the other software labs of IBM in India are located at Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai. The company is going to set up the next software lab at Ahmedabad in Gujarat. He said IBM software lab offers next generation software portfolio and cloud services in capacity of a global level innovation centre. DeshGujarat
