Surat: Bilimora municipality has constructed a 50-meter long road using 1.2-ton plastic waste. This road is located behind Madhavbag society near Somnath talav.

The municipality collected and separated the plastic waste within 2 weeks for its use in construction of this road. The plastic waste was paved and a flat surface was created by giving high pressure using a roller. Total 1.2 ton plastic waste was used for making the 50-meter long and 6.20 meter wide road.
