Gandhinagar: Gujarat Congress spokesperson Jayrajsinh Parmar today in a tweet through his varified twitter account questioned Congress party’s working style of keeping the member of parliaments and members of legislative assembly in the center of party affairs and not giving place to those in the organization.

કોંગ્રેસ પક્ષમાં સંગઠનના લોકોને ક્યાંય સ્થાન હોતું જ નથી પછી સંગઠનનું મહત્વ ક્યાંથી વધે ????

The importance of Parmar’s tweet is for the reason that he is the Spokesperson of State party unit. A vocal party men Parmar in his Gujarati tweet said: ‘Congress party has always been centered around the Members of parliaments (MPs) and Members of legislative assembly (MLAs). There’s no place anywhere in Congress party for those in the organization, then how the importance of organization would increase?’

Parmar is one of the men in State party organization who is not elected member to either assembly or parliament. He was seeking party ticket to contest Kheralu assembly seat in North Gujarat lastly. However party had denied him a ticket. His tweet has raised new debate in the main opposition party.

Meanwhile, another Congress leader, party’s TV panelist Manhar Patel quoting Jayrajsinh’s tweet stated: ‘I am in extreme fear about possibility that real Congress warriors would sit at home (become inactive) at actual time (of election). Who is responsible for rejection of all forms (of party’s candidates) in district panchayat election of Botad? Even after that incident, no serious discussion or deliberation took place in the party. I have led attention of party leaders including the president and guardian on paper.’

It’s worth noting that Gujarat Congress is in process to form its new State organization.  The State is going to witness general elections of State assembly in December this year if as per schedule. DeshGujarat
