Mahesana: Folk singer Jignesh Kaviraj may contest from Kheralu seat in North Gujarat as an independent candidate in the upcoming Gujarat assembly polls. Jignesh said he is not associated with any political party and none of the parties has offered him a ticket. He said he would contest as an independent. He said he had his childhood in Khedalu and he was educated also in Kheralu. This is the place that has made him Jignesh Barot from Jiga.
