Mallakhamb champ Gujarat child Shauryajit to get Rashtriya Bal Puraskar

Gandhinagar: The youngest Mallakhamb player of the National Games 2022, 10-year-old Shauryajit Ranjit Kumar Khaire of Gujarat is selected for Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar 2023.
The award will be presented by the President of India at a function to be held on 23rd January 2023 at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.
Shauryajit who hails from Vadodara had won a bronze medal in the Malkhamb event of the 36th National Games.
The Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Purashkar (PMRBP) is organized to celebrate the energy, determination, ability, zeal and enthusiasm of our children. The awardee will be presented with a medal, a Cash prize of ₹ 100000 and a Certificate and citation. DeshGujarat
