Mumbai based Gujarati play artist dies after performing roles in a drama in Gujarat

Dahod: A stage artist from Mumbai died of a suspected heart-attack after he performed drama in Dahod in Central Gujarat. The incident has shocked the artists and those associated with drama production.
A 39-year old Bhaskar Bhojak was part of the Gujarati play ‘Be Adhi Khichdi Kadhi’. Bhojak had twin roles in this play as an actor. The lead actor in this play is renown Gujarati drama artist Sanjay Goradiya.
A show of this play was organized by Dahod Anaj Mahajan Sarvajanik Education Society on Saturday night in Dahod. After the end of the show, when Sanjay Goradiya was introducing the artists of the play from the Stage, Bhaskar Bhojak collapsed near the stage.
Some doctors present in the auditorium tried to save him by doing CPR. Bhojak was also taken to a local hospital where he was declared dead. Bhojak’s body was then sent to Mumbai. DeshGujarat
